NELSON HEAD CASUAL Nelson Checkoway has been helping non-profit organizations raise funds for three decades, spending 3 years as Manager of Grants and Development for Connecticut Legal Services, and 10 years as a fundraising officer and Marketing Director of Environmental Defense Fund, before founding becoming a consultant in 1995.   Nelson believes that direct marketing for non-profits in the 21st century demands incisive strategy, integration of traditional media with emerging online and electronic technologies, well-positioned and crafted copy and design, and sophisticated analysis. COCKRAN ALLYSON

Allyson Cochran is a gifted data analyst and geomapping expert with a Masters of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte with emphasis in Geographic Information Systems and Epidemiology. Allyson generates analyses and reports using an electronic health record SQL database, ArcGIS software, vital statistics, and census data … while ensuring the results are audience-appropriate and well-visualized.  KINNEY MUG Susan Kinney brings over two decades of leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector, serving in both executive and consultant capacities. Her tenure with Copley Raff has included engagements with Southcoast Health System, Institute for Community Health, Citi Performing Arts Center, Catholic Charities North, The Learning Center for the Deaf, Community Health Connections, Hallmark Health Systems, Hospice and Palliative Care of Cape Cod, and Trinity Repertory Company. Paula Morgan comes to RTD with a successful career in publishing, having served in executive positions for Bantam Doubleday Dell (now a division of Random House) in New York City.  Her prominent roles included positions of Vice President and Administrative Publisher for Dell Publishing and Vice President and Director of Title Development.  She also served as Project Manager for Materials Management on the installation of system-wide SAP software.   Her expertise is in print production, inventory management, marketing, editorial, and systems development.
DEBORAH MUG 1 Deborah Solomon Raff has had an accomplished career as a writer.  Holding distinguished academic degrees in English she has established herself as a versatile professional.  She has employed her skill as a features author, as well as an advertising copywriter of both in-house and direct mail campaigns.
